Muskegon, Michigan: A Traveler’s Delight
The City of Muskegon, Michigan, has been regenerating itself. Recently, the city has been the benefactor of several development initiatives focusing on the historic and previous brownfield areas of the city.

Your 2008 Vacation: Lakeview Bluffs
Lakeview Bluffs, a regional sports resort community planned for a 1,100 acre brownfield site along Lake Erie in Lake County, Ohio, is the brainchild of IMG, the world’s largest sports marketing and management agency, and Hemisphere Development LLC.

The Go Coast: Sandusky, Ohio
The City of Sandusky, Ohio, is located on the southernmost shore of Lake Erie and is the gateway to the Lake Erie Islands. The city plays host to more than seven million visiting tourists each summer. But not long ago, huge expanses of Sandusky’s shoreline, like many waterfront communities, were left with vacant buildings, many with significant contamination — direct deterrents to redevelopment.
