Ordering & Billing

Insertion orders may be submitted online at or sent via fax, e-mail or mail.
• First-time and all spotlight and classified advertisers are required to pre-pay by check or credit   card.
  All other advertisers will be billed or have their credit cards charged immediately after the issue   mails.
• Terms: Net 30 days.
• Cancellations will not be accepted after the closing date.
• Advertisers that reduce their contracted frequency will be billed the difference between the rate   they booked and the actual frequency rate for all ads.
• Rates are in accordance with terms and conditions listed on the reverse of the insertion order.
